Before anyone goes live
Vetting and the covenant.
Team101 vetting
A business only appears in search after Team101 reviews it. To submit, it needs a description, logo, contact details, category, location, at least one service and at least one portfolio item. Reviewers can approve, request changes or reject.
Partner churches
Members tell us their church. Affiliations with partner churches are verified by the team and help businesses rank within the community.
After the job
Reviews you can believe.
Two-way reviews
After a protected transaction, the buyer rates the business and the business rates the buyer. Neither review appears until both are in, so nobody can retaliate.
Vendor-affirmed reviews
Reviews written outside a transaction stay hidden until the business confirms it served that customer. Only affirmed reviews count toward ratings.
Flag anything wrong
Members can report reviews and conversations. Our moderators review every report and can hide content, warn, suspend or remove accounts.
Paying safely
Escrow protection.
Where escrow is available, your payment is held by 101Connect through Flutterwave’s secure checkout. 101Connect never sees your card details. Funds are released to the business only when you confirm delivery or approve each milestone, or automatically after the release period if you take no action.
If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute. A Team101 administrator reviews the evidence and can release the funds, refund you, or split the payment.
