- 1.Choose “List a business” in your dashboard.
- 2.Add your logo, contact details, category and location.
- 3.Add at least one service and one portfolio item, then submit for vetting.
Finding & hiring
- 1.Search by service, city and rating.
- 2.Open a profile and message the business.
- 3.Agree the job and, where available, pay through escrow.
Reviews & reputation
- 1.Review businesses you have used.
- 2.Business owners confirm customers they served so reviews go live.
- 3.Earn Grace Points as you take part.
Account & privacy
- 1.Change your password and turn on two-factor sign-in in Settings.
- 2.Choose which notifications you receive.
- 3.Export your data or delete your account at any time.
